1. DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
This policy governs the content displayed on PromptPlum.com and its associated social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn), collectively referred to hereinafter as “The Platform.”
2. NATURE OF CONTENT (FULL DISCLOSURE)
User acknowledges and agrees that all visual assets displayed across The Platform are 100% machine-generated.
Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, no image on The Platform represents actual physical events, real-world locations, or living persons. All content is the synthetic output of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion Models, including but not limited to Google Gemini and Imagen 3.
3. EDITING POLICY & WATERMARK DISCLOSURE
To maintain visual consistency and provide a clear representation of prompt capabilities, The Platform employs a specific post-processing protocol:
- Aesthetic Modification: Images displayed may be subject to digital editing, including cropping, color grading, upscaling, or the removal of visual artifacts.
- Removal of Visual Indicators: The Platform reserves the right to remove platform-specific visual overlays, badges, or “watermarks” (e.g., the Gemini “sparkle” icon) to ensure an unobstructed view of the artistic output.
- Declaration of Non-Deceptive Intent: The removal of visual indicators is performed solely for aesthetic presentation. It is not intended to obscure the AI origin of the content, misrepresent the provenance of the work, or deceive viewers into believing the work is human-made. The context of The Platform (as a resource for AI prompts) serves as the primary and governing disclosure of AI origin.
- Preservation of Metadata: The Platform does not knowingly alter, strip, or corrupt invisible digital provenance standards (including Google SynthID, C2PA, or IPTC metadata) embedded within the file structure. These digital credentials remain intact to verify origin.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
- Prompt Usage: Visitors are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to utilize the text prompts provided on The Platform for their own personal or commercial generation purposes.
- Image Rights: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the Terms of Service of the originating AI platforms, The Platform asserts rights over the compilation, curation, and specific presentation of the generated assets.
- Third-Party Rights: The Platform makes no warranty regarding the non-infringement of third-party intellectual property within generated images (e.g., accidental likenesses of trademarked characters). Users assume all liability for the commercial use of any output they generate using prompts found herein.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Due to the stochastic (random) nature of generative AI models, The Platform does not guarantee that users will be able to replicate the exact images displayed, even when using identical prompts and settings.
