PromptPlum (Mukesh Gupta) sells one-time digital products — we do not sell subscriptions, and nothing auto-renews. Because digital goods are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately, the following terms apply.

PromptPlum Premium (Lifetime)

PromptPlum Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase — a single payment with no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. Access is activated instantly on your account after payment. Because the benefits (an ad-free experience and premium prompts) are delivered immediately, Premium is generally non-refundable once activated, except as described under Exceptions below.

Prompt Packs

Prompt Packs are one-time digital products delivered instantly upon purchase and are generally non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or did not receive access due to a technical issue, contact us within 7 daysof the transaction and we'll resolve it — including a refund where appropriate.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
