Delete Your PromptPlum Account

Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open the PromptPlum app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

No app? Email us from the address you use for PromptPlum and we will delete your account and data within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

Or write to promptplum@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my PromptPlum account" and the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture).
• Your saved prompts and other data tied to your account.
• Sign-in links to Google or Apple for PromptPlum.

What we may keep

• Records of purchases (orders, invoices, payment references) that we must keep for tax, accounting and legal reasons, for as long as the law requires.
• Aggregated or anonymous statistics that can no longer identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.
